Mary Moore Fargo, Ok - Watch Me Zoom & Eddy W GoldseekerHi Debbie,
Wanted to give you an update on Zoomer…..he had really good run at Seiling. He ran a 17.9….winning time was a 17.4. I think it just shows when they get a solid foundation at the beginning of their barrel training they will hold together. I am really really pleased with him. So again…thanks for the great start on Zoomer. I’ll keep you posted.
Mary
8-7-08 Hi Debbie,
I wanted to let you know how good Zoomer did over the weekend. We went to a KPRA rodeo in Syracuse, Ks. On Friday night he ran an 18.36, the winning time was a 17.55 and a 17.95 was last hole. I was thrilled, that was only his 11th run! He just goes out and hunts those barrels and his turns are so nice! I decided to take him to some rodeos this summer and get him used to all the action….I was really not expecting that nice of a run. You really did a nice job on him!! It is so fun to go out and know that he is going to go out there and look for the barrels and want to turn them. I’ll keep you posted on him…..thanks again,
Mary
6-9-08 Hi Debbie,
I just wanted to tell you again what a nice job you did on Zoomer. He just went out and did it. I thought he made really nice barrels and seemed liked he just wanted to go out and turn them. So thanks again, you really have a gift. I told Alycia what a nice job Zoomer did and knew she was going to be pleased with Eddy when she finally gets on him. Talk to you later,

Zoomer with Debbie Caywood 90 days in training. Eddy W Goldseeker with Debbie Caywood nearly 90 days.
Brenda McMahan - Dreamin JD “JD”Gwen Cumbie - Que Paza Sugar aka “Smoke”Debbie Well Smoke and I keep doing better and better. Just have to really keep that inside leg in him during the turns. I hope to get to a jackpot this coming week end. We are not as fortunate as you are in having somewhere to go all the time. There’s one Saturday and Sunday at Lubbock which is about 90 miles away. I hope to make at least one day. Two days would be great though. Take care Gwen Hi Debbie,
I have been meaning to email or call you and tell you THANKS so much for hooking me up with Rickki & JD!! I really, really like JD and have been getting along well with him. You have a great eye!
Once again, thanks for helping me out! I was getting really down with “Jack” getting hurt, he is just so easy to run, I knew it would be hard to find one that is so automatic. But I think JD is just about as easy to run and he is faster, so I am really having fun! It is a comfort knowing you can help me out if I need it.
Thanks,
Brenda

This nice 10 year old gelding has not had his wheels hauled off! He has CONSISTANTLY run at the top of the 1 & 2D in tough Oklahoma competition. Tux is extremley consistant and RARELY hits barrels!! He has and continues to draw numerous checks and prizes at shows as follows: Central 4D D & G Productions Heartland Tours Shoout Out Productions BBR Events World Barrel Racing Events Amature Rodeos Just to mention a few! Tux is primarily ridden by owner Babby Simunek, but has also been successfully piloted by trainer Debbie Caywood and good friend Karla Oller. In 2003 I offered this little black horse for sale at an EXTREMELY low price. My partner Dean Spencer passed away and his family wanted to sell ASAP. I was not sure why he didn’t sell sooner but I finally talked Babby into giving him a shot. At the time Babby’s main mount was a big buckskin ranch horse that I trained a few years earlier. Charley proved everyone wrong when he stepped up and made a great barrel horse. Because of Tux’s small size it was a leap of faith for Mrs. Simunek. It proved to be the best investment and act of faith she could have made. This team has had awsome success in the barrel racing scene over the past few years! They are consistant in bringing home nice 1 and 2D checks. As well as a saddle, buckle and numerous other nice prizes not to memtion the enjoyment and satisfaction to a rider who had been out of barrel racing for more than 20 years! Thank you Babby for your trust in me as both a friend and trainer. I can’t wait to get started on your Bully baby and Wild Willy (a full brother to Tivoli Moon). |
